Cancellation and Payment Policy

These terms apply to direct bookings made through Aurora Holiday Homes.

Cancellation policy

Refunds are calculated according to the policy active at booking time. Reservations become non-refundable after the last rule expires or at check-in, whichever comes first.

  • 100% refund within 24 hours of booking acceptance, only if booking is made at least 7 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund up to 10 days before check-in.
  • 15% refund up to 3 days before check-in.

Payment schedule

Guests can pay in instalments. Scheduled payments are collected automatically.

  • 20% due at booking.
  • 80% due 10 days before check-in.
  • 72-hour grace period for missed payments before cancellation.
